Wing wall gets higher

Trevor, Norman and Adrian continue to work on rebuilding the eastern wing wall. Barry arrives and intends to mark out the places where mortise joints are required to locate rib posts. After some work has been completed and a cup of tea enjoyed further progress is denied by the offset of heavy rain


Wing wall gets attention

Norman joins Trevor and Adrian for a ‘spell’ of work at Sea Lock. Adrian had already removed some of the overburden of weeds and silt depositions on the damaged eastern, outer wing wall. They decide to bring up the inner skin of the wall since that can be acheived without erecting scaffolding.
